Position: SoLa Impact Fund seeks a dynamic, resourceful, and entrepreneurially minded Investor Relations Associate to support its mission and vision.  Looking for a very organized self-starter who can support Partners and Limited Partners (investors) of a very fast-growth and successful real-estate investment fund. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, experience working with high net worth clients, be persistent, very well organized, and resourceful. The position will benefit from someone who is passionate about our mission -- improving historically neglected neighborhoods and giving back to the community. Previous fund experience and actual capital raising is a critical requirement (i.e., researching prospective investors including family offices, high net worth individuals, and philanthropies/endowments). Daily interactions with managing partner/founder and other members of high-performance senior team.  

 

Requirements:

  • Take on the role as the day-to-day administrator of the company’s Investor Relations function 

  • Research and implement a CRM system to track investor interactions 

  • Prospective and current investors including family offices, high net worth individuals, and philanthropies/endowments

  • Phone contact and follow-up on prospective investors and keep detailed notes on follow-up conversations

  • Manage investor data portal - updating and adding files 

  • Collect and handle investor documents (PPMs, Subscription docs, etc.)

  • Serve as liaison between investors and Partner(s) to provide responses utilizing phone and email 

  • Track potential investors, subscription materials, and contributions 

  • Onboard investor information and send executed closing documents for all new investments 

  • Assist in content creation and presentation material for investor questions

 

Responsibilities:

Compensation will include a salary depending on experience; also bonus eligibility, health benefits, 401(k) and paid time off
