  • Job Title:  Acquisitions Coordinator

  • Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree, Experience 2 years+ in Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate License (Preferred)

  • Description:

    • Duties:  

      • Multifamily Real Estate Due Diligence

      • Managing Commercial Real Estate Transaction and Financing Processes

      • Property Inspections

      • Contract Negotiations with Vendors and Brokers

    • Skills:

      • Highly Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project (a plus)

      • Strong communication skills (We are an open team)

      • Highly Analytical, Meticulous, Critical Thinking

      • Speaks English, Spanish (bonus)
